Registration

Online registration for on-site participation has ended on June 30th. In case you missed the deadline, it is possible to register on-site starting from August 17th at the registration desk in Jakobi 2. You can notify us beforehand: cifu14@ut.ee.

Registration form for Zoom participation is still open until August 11th.

• Registration fees (including the congress materials and organizing costs, all coffee breaks and receptions on 19.08 and 21.08):
  • On-site participation: early bird (until April 30th) 250 €, starting from May 1st 300 €
  • Online participation: early bird (until April 30th) 100 €, starting from May 1st 150 €
• For additional fees, see guided tours and excursions. The registration deadline for excursions was June 30th, however, there are some spots left for some excursions. If you are interested in participating, please write to us for more information: cifu14@ut.ee.

All authors were requested to register by June 30th. Please note that your registration is valid after the payment only.

Note for the University of Tartu employees: If you have a project at the University of Tartu from which the participation fee can be paid, please enter the information of the financial source in the comment field of the registration form. We will then issue an internal invoice for the source by ourselves.

If you need an invitation letter for a visa application, please find out the requirements of the embassy where you will apply and contact us cifu14@ut.ee. It is not possible to issue visa invitations to citizens of Russia and Belarus. Online participation is welcome.
